Antonello (or Nello) is a New York City born and based Latino filmmaker who is laser focused on bringing authenticity and heart to story telling. His love for film stems from growing up with an extensive VHS collection, where there was always something new to watch. Nello took that love to the next level when he picked up a camera for the first time at 15. He cares about honoring a visual identity that can combine classic cinematic techniques with a contemporary style and sensibilities.

Growing up in the Bronx has translated his experience as a scrappy creative into collaborating with the NFL, Red Bull, The North Face and his upcoming short film, Hit Me, through a fellowship with the Dolby Institute. Nello was invited to the Cannes Film Festival in 2024 to chat about the film on a panel moderated by Academy Award nominated filmmaker Carlos Lopez Estrada.
